Case The Place Home Inspection Firm, which has been in business since 1985, is now under new ownership. Jim Thorpe has recently purchased the twenty-some-year-old home and commercial inspection firm. Jim is a veteran, professionally licensed Oklahoma home inspector, who works hard for each of his clients, and is truly interested in making the buying of their new home or investment a rewarding experience. Case The Place has always placed an emphasis on inspecting each structure thoroughly, identifying any safety concerns, defects, faults, and observations, and providing you with a timely, easy-to-read, detailed report.
Jim states that this will not change. However, Jim’s refreshingly new and pleasing verbal delivery of any 
concerns found during the inspection is now presented to his clients in simple terms, instead of being “over-engineered,” “too technical,” or “deal breaking,” as voiced by veteran realtors concerning the old Case The Place. Jim finds something good to verbally report at each inspection, and takes the edge of apprehension away by putting people at ease.
